The Kitchen Manager responsibilities revolve around making sure that the kitchen is running smoothly. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating the dishes schedule, directing designated cabins to set tables before meals and clean up in the dining hall and kitchen itself after meals, sweeping and mopping the dining hall and kitchen between meals on a regular basis, doing dishes, preparing and distributing “snack” twice a day, and assisting the cook in meal preparation.
Additionally, the Kitchen Manager is expected to get up before the bells to help prepare for the morning meal.
