All Cragged staff place each camper’s health and safety first while striving to provide the most fun and enriching experience possible. It takes dedication and hard work, but most staff members look back on the summer as fondly as the campers do. Our camp community does amazing work year after year and we are incredibly proud of everyone who makes each summer so special!

Many staff attended Cragged as campers and because of their time here have a great capacity to empathize with campers’ experiences and better support them as they grow and learn at CMF. The staff is made up of seasoned adventurers, teachers, and kind-to-the-core individuals who want nothing more than to pass on what they know to the campers of CMF!
