Maya is a Washington, D.C. native who spent many a summer as a child in the mountains of New Hampshire at her family home in Jackson. She first attended CMF in 2006, at the age of 7, following in her father’s footsteps, as he was a camper in the 70s. She is a student at the Barnard College of Columbia University in NYC pursuing vocology, entertainment business, and Spanish. This is Maya’s eleventh year on the farm, and third year as a staff member. In addition to enjoying outdoor activities such as canoeing and hiking, Maya is a classically trained musician; you can find her singing, composing, and playing piano in her free time. Maya is thrilled to be back at Cragged for summer 2018, and she hopes to make this year the best one yet!
