Thursday, July 13th. 

It was one of those cold Cragged days today! We woke up in the morning and there was a chill in the air that never seemed to go away. We had to make sure the day was jam packed with fun activities so the campers were never shivering. Did someone say, fire in the playhouse? Art barn? ‘Bear hunt’? Cragged Ball? And jello eating contest? It was a wicked day.

Specifics

Cabin 1 & 2 stayed in camp! They all played Thunder, then crafted in the art barn while others played boardgames in the warm farmhouse. 

Cabin 7 played in camp! And got to spend time in the kitchen making jello and smoothies! Yum.

In the afternoon, all campers had the option to go on a bushwhack ‘bear hunt’, play soccer, craft in the art barn, or play games in the playhouse where a roaring fire had been lit.

Cabin 3 is on an overnight hike, returning Friday. 

Cabin 4 & Woodshed are on a canoe trip, returning Friday.

Cabin ZA returns to camp after an epic journey summiting eleven peaks of the Presidential Range — Mt. Madison, Adams, Jefferson, Clay, Washington, Monroe, Franklin, Eisenhower, Pierce, Jackson, and Webster.
